One-on-one personal training

Private sessions, built around you — your goals, your schedule, your body, your starting point. The most direct way to improve.

Who this is for

  • You've tried gyms on your own and it hasn't stuck.
  • You want proper coaching on technique — not just someone counting reps.
  • You have a specific goal (lose weight, get stronger, prep for an event) and a deadline.
  • You're returning to training after a break, injury, or surgery and want to do it safely.

How it works

  • 60-minute sessions, usually 1–2 times per week.
  • Programming between sessions — what to do on your own days so you actually progress.
  • Regular reviews every 4–6 weeks to recalibrate around what's working and what isn't.
  • Nutrition guidance when it's relevant — no extreme diets, no shakes, no nonsense.

What it costs

One-on-one is the most expensive option per session, but it's also the fastest way to results because every minute is for you. Most people start with a block of 8–10 sessions to build the habit and confirm the approach is working.
