Small group training & bootcamps

Two to four people, coached together. Most of the personalisation of one-on-one at roughly half the cost — the best-value option for friends, couples, or workmates training together.

Who this is for

  • You and a friend (or two, or three) want to train together.
  • You like the social side of a class but want real coaching, not just a workout to follow along to.
  • You want the cost of training to be lower without dropping to a giant boot camp with 30 strangers.
  • You're after consistency — small group sessions get booked and shown up for, the way gym memberships don't.

How it works

  • Groups of 2–4 — never more. Real coaching needs eyes on every person.
  • 60-minute sessions with the same structure as one-on-one — warm-up, main work, conditioning, finish.
  • Same programming, scaled per person — if one of you is rehabbing a knee and another is chasing a PB, the session adapts.
  • Lower cost per person than one-on-one, but more attention than any commercial group class.

What it costs

Per-person rates are typically 50–60% of the one-on-one rate. Grab two friends and it's the most cost-effective coaching you'll find in the area.

See the pricing page for current rates, or just call — easier to talk through what's right for you than to read down a list.
