Strength training
Squat, deadlift, press, row — done properly. Real strength coaching for men and women who want to lift well, get genuinely stronger, and stop guessing what to do in the weight room.
Who this is for
- You've never set foot in a free-weight area and the thought of starting alone is off-putting.
- You've been training for a while but suspect your technique is holding you back.
- You're in mid-life and want to feel as strong now as you did at 30 — or stronger.
- You want to learn the actual lifts (squat, deadlift, press, row, chin-up) and progress in a planned way, not by guesswork.
- You've specifically been looking for a trainer of a particular gender — for personal preference or for what makes you comfortable in a private one-on-one setting. Common request, no need to explain it.
How it works
- Compound lifts as the foundation — squat, deadlift, press, row, chin-up. Scaled to where you are now.
- Real form coaching — video, cues, technique drills. Not just "that looked good, do another set".
- Progressive programming — your weights actually go up over time, in a planned way.
- Private or small-group setting — no audience, no need to compete with anyone but yourself.
What it costs
Most strength clients start one-on-one for the first 6–8 weeks to lock in technique, then move to a regular small-group rhythm with one-on-one form checks every few weeks.
See the pricing page for current rates, or just call — easier to talk through what's right for you than to read down a list.
